“I’m Not In Love” is a song written by Eric Stewart and Graham Gouldman. It was originally recorded by their band, 10cc, and was a No.1 hit in the UK, Ireland and Canada (No.2 in the US) in 1975. The harmony backing vocals were made up of Graham Gouldman, Kevin Godley and Lol Creme singing “ahhh” 16 times, producing a choir of 48 voices that were patched in using tape loops.
My stripped down version comprising just electric piano and vocals, was recorded during a live stream on Twitch, Christmas Eve 2020.
